not really, i (and better designers than me) use exclusively PS for all the stuff they need (cept vectorial drawing).
PS - photoshop can also do all that PSP can...

Yeah...i know....i'm not so good at web design and image edition but i'm sure photo shop is much better.....since i stop using psp a long time ago...(its just interesting to use when u are beginning, even more when u use it with the animation shop pro.....) but since he dosen't seem to understand too much about this kind of stuff (no offense at all but this is my impression so far.....I don't understand very much about it as well.....) I mentioned both as an alternative to him....
(well one thing i'm sure is that PS will give him much more work at all.....but the reults aren't even comparable as u said....)
