My PC got reformatted so I'm using windows 98 for the time being. I downloaded PSXeven together with its Bios and Plugins but when I try to open it it says:

Encountered Problems:
1. Unable to load PAD 1 plug in
2. Unable to load PAD 2 plug in

Then, when I try to run an ISO that I've recently downloaded it says:

Emulator is unable to continue
Please check if you have configured your plugins correctly

I went to the plug in folder and found a file named "pec".

Is this enough or do I have to download a plug in? If so please tell me what to download. Sorry if I posted my question here. It's just that its about PSXeven.
