i still don't know if its alive or not.
the yelling it makes sounds very fake and it dosn't move.
but like you said its tail is kindof up. but it might just be that the tail it has is like that naturally.
if you grab one of my dogs like that, they won't stop barking.
regardless, its a cruel thing to do. and that guy deserves to be shot.
