Use D3D drivers.
Like Pete's D3D driver.
Opengl drivers suck on old computers when running ePSXe.
And use EPSXe SPU core 1.5.2 for ur sound plugin and make sure Enable Sound, Enable CDDA Sound and Enable XA sound is checked.
Set ur FPS to like 60
