I am so afraid about my computer, everytime I turn on my machine around 5-10 seconds after my computer just switches off by itself.
I have checked everything to make sure my new AMD processor is properly installed, but I have tried 6 times turning it on, but my computer just turns off by itself. What shall I do, what is the problem?

AMD Sempron 3200+ 1.81 GHZ - originally (AMD 64 X 2 6400+ Installed)
32Bit Vista Basic (64Bit XP, 32Bit XP and Vista Ultimate 64Bit and 32Bit On its way).
4GB Ram- 2 x Kingston DDR2 Ram, 2 x Corsair DDR2 Ram Each 1GB
Motherboard: AliveNF6G-DVI
Chipset: Nvidia MCP61
Graphics Card: Integreated Nvidia GF 6100 Onboard
