comp just crashed 3 times in a row...

i know a lot of people still complain about vista being buggy...but this was just absurd. i tried turning my comp on today, and it got to the desktop and froze twice, then i got BSOD on the third time. it booted up, thank god, on the fourth try. i am wondering if maybe i have some sort of virus or something, because there is no way that vista is that unstable...right?

this has never happened to me before, and i don't think its hardware related. usually crashes are due to weak power supplies, and mine is pretty high end. and the rest of my part are top notch (for my CPU socket anyway, read my sig.

has anyone else experienced these kinds of problems with vista, specifically vista 64 bit? is this "normal", or should i be worried?
