Particle Effects Lag

SYMPTOMS
Particle effects such as explosions decrease the game speed by 80% during the interval of the effect.

CAUSE
This performance drop is caused by the FBA implementation for GSdx.
See KB-GSDRvZPII-Extreme Slowness for the root cause.

RESOLUTION
There are no resolutions that are currently available.

WORKAROUND
Set GSdx to render with DX9 without Alpha Correction.
