SYMPTOMS
All in-game music, voices, and sound effects are extremely slow and distorted.

CAUSE
This bug is caused by the P.E.Op.S SPU2 plugin.

RESOLUTION
There are no resolutions that are currently available.

WORKAROUND
Choose an alternative SPU2 plugin such as ZeroSPU2 or GiGaHeRz's SPU2.
