Why are you posting here about ePSXe/plugin/ATI drivers, SerathZero? This is the pSX Emulator section of the forum - pSX is a pluginless emulator, and runs Final Fantasy VIII without problems - indeed, its compatibility is better than any other Playstation emulator except, possibly Xebra.
