Yes, you do have to change the voltage of the RAM. I'm guessing... if your RAM sticks don't have heatspreaders, you should only go up to 2.00V to avoid overheating. Is there any way to reduce the RAM? As far as I know, you can get 2.4GHz (266 x 9) stable at 1066MHz FSB with your RAM at 533MHz just fine... and on any board, too.
