Anyway, Abit motherboards are quite decent nowadays, I think. You just need a pretty good pair o' RAM to overclock. If your goal is 3GHz stable ONLY, you can get 667MHz sticks for cheap. But if you want 3.6GHz, which I think is... totally possible, you need to get 800MHz sticks.
