What method have you tried (cwcheat or popstation)?
I could convert the save but I would rather that you learn do it yourself as you will probably need to do a number of conversions in the future.
Btw: What version of FFVII (PAL, NTSC U/C, NTSC J) are you playing and what firmware are you using?
