according to
these benchmarks, vista 64bit is faster than 32bit.
as far as i know xp 64 bit isnt supported as greatly as vista 64bit, so i think u may as well cross that off ur list (again i may be incorrect on this).
personnally i would choose between xp 32bit/vista 64bit
