Bonus: last shot taken from PCSX2 0.9.5 svn327 with Intel dual-core fix for Win XP SP2. FPS difference between that shot and another one earlier was... 16!

And you bet, after that fix, min fps was 75 instead of 55 like earlier. Or maybe it was just that I disabled all visual stuffs... but hey, they can't make such a huge impact on performance.
Didn't go much further than that, though. FPS max and min as shown in screenshots.
P.S.: between shot 4 and 5 there is a huge drop in fps. The reason is because I forgot to turn on "Full 16 bit resolution" in the special fixes section... and the fps dipped like crazy without that. Also, cutscenes would have glitchy shadows if you run with anything other than the native res.
Edit: Adding two screenshots of Gran Turismo 4 PAL on PCSX2 0.9.5 svn327 and GSDX 0.18. FPS is almost full... lowest at around 40fps, and highest at 90fps. Game seems to run fine but it crashes... a bit too often, and I can't even get into any race, or race to the finish. Oh well, there's a start.
