This is probably not emulator related (but may be) but I can't find a better place to post this, so here goes.

I am stuck at the point when you are supposed to make contact with the maelstrom in your boat. You are then supposed to sail back to Teien and recruit Gen, who will upgrade the boat.

However, when I make contact, the boat gets stuck. The game is not frozen - I can still pull up the menu, but the boat will simply not move.

Does anyone have a savestate past this point, so I can go on playing my game?

I found the problem. Codes. When I turned CEP off and restarted, it worked just fine.
