Catalyst 7.10 and lower are known not to have a problem, Catalyst 7.12 and higher are known to have the problem.

All catalysts have issues with NPOT, though some have a semi working implementation, where others don't.

I was uncertain as there is no properties tab on the screen shot I posted earlier.

usually the catalyst control center has an info page which lists the current driver version.
