Hmm, I just signed up out of curiosity....it looks flashy...but that's about it...
It's like an online hosting/sharing but solely of MS documents....
Whilst Google Docs is a full basic office suite but online, not to mention very simple to understand and use.
So err...how exactly is this an answer from MS?
This is only based on like a 10 minute look at each though...whilst I see a practical use for Google Docs I don't really see any for this....we don't need any filehosting+a combination viewers...
Also MS have still not learned to make their live accounts universal, I had to additionaly sign up for this, but when I went over to Google Docs also expecting a sign up questionaire, I found myself already logged in and ready to go with my Gmail account.
