Great list but I'd like to add a suggestion that you also list that the additional dlls - d3d9_36.dll and d3d10_36.dll go into the main pcsx2 folder containing pcsx2.exe
Since I've joined this forum newbies posted at least 20 times with problems originating from not downloaded the additional dlls or incorrectly placing them in the plugin folder.

And the correct usage and placement of the dlls is nowhere to be found on Gabest's initial gsdx post.

Also you should put a Side note that (correct me if I'm wrong) certain entries in the compatibility list haven't been updated in almost 6 months . Many users will go there thinking that there game still isn't "ingame" or "playable" when in fact the status of the game has improved. i.e. Metal Gear Solid 3 Snake Eater (NTSC) and Subsistence (NTSC) still are listed as "nothing" despite having become ingame since the release of pcsx2 0.94
