It's difficult to say as it might vary depending on your RAM, mobo and settings etc slightly too and it depends if we're talking 100% at full speed or 95% at fullspeed or above and if PAL or NTSC version etc. But yea PCSX2 is demanding but who knows what performance tweaks people might find out still...
