.pbp <-----> .iso

Hey everyone, I've gone to a number of forums and see the same question/problem everywhere so, though it may have been answered here, I figured I'd give everyone a quick explanation on how to change the EBOOT.PBP files into the regular .ISOs we all know and love.

Some people have started posting these downloadable files as .PBPs (don't ask why) but these files, as anyone that has tried knows, don't work with an
emulator such as ePSXe.

Just a quick note: You need to own a physical copy of any of the games you play on your emulator based on the law... just covering my ass.

After you have downloaded the .rar file you'll see an EBOOT.PBP and a KEY.BIN file. The easiest way to change the .PBP file to a workable .ISO is to use the program PSX2PSP. It will extract the .ISO file to whatever folder you chose.

You're not done yet. Once you've done that and take a gander it isn't an .ISO, it's an .IMG file which we're going to turn into an .ISO using the program UltraISO. It's the easiest to use.

Open UltraISO and find your .IMG file by clicking the Convert button on the top bar. (It looks like a CD with a green arrow). When you click that it will bring up a box to open your desired file and which format you would like the file converted to. Standard .ISO is the initial, and correct format.

Hope this helps anyone that has come across this problem.
