Ogre Tactics does not have a functional load feature in pSX, so don't bother worrying about that one. As for Suikoden I and II... are you making sure that the folder containing your memory cards isn't read only? And what happens when you try to load? What OS are you using? Also, what BIOS are you using and what method are you using to create the memory cards?
