NVM, the solution to the 2nd problem is quite easy. Just google and type "Dreamcast bios", there you will be able to download an NTSC version of the Dreamcast bios.
Extract the files onto the null dc >> data folder (where the dreamcast bios is placed) Just Overwrite the existing bios files, and when you start the game later the problem will be gone/fixed.
I NEVER did show a bios link, i just told him HOW to find it. Don't get me wrong.
BTW, the other solution by NamesSolidSnake is easier*

Just so you know, DrkRaz and PsyMan generally don't help you if they think you not doing things legit. So you can bend the rules all you want, but next time you need help you probably wont get it from them.
So if your going to give advise like that, keep it in the PMs.
