You must use a PPF (protection) patch to get this game to run as far as I know..
You should be able to find it pretty easy.
Use petes cd plugin to add the patch on the fly or use ePSXe's new feature which does the same thing (see the docs for what to do)
If u need help then ask but I cant point you to the site with the PPF files on.
NGEMU was going to make a new page with these patches on but I dont know if its up yet.
