Win98 is less than 800 Mhz.

I hate to buy a new computer. Wastes money after spending it on computers that will be out of the market after 4~6 years. Using Win98 to go online and surf around, and then play all three seventh consoles my relatives had bought is better than to buy a new one, and don't know how to do this and that.

If you want another reason:

I wish to understand how a DOS version could actually run GBA roms.
