I'm looking forward to it, but I'm more afraid by "Will they really go for a horror game, or will it be plagued by a <we HAVE to make it look like a fairy tales for the japanese audience> syndrom" than by the atmosphere itself. I don't want happy little fairies going all over the place with big bright colours and cute characters if it's gonna be a horror game

it could work if done right, but too often it's not the case. Waiting for more infos other than the pics/trailer tho.

Dunno, it just seems to me things from Japan suffer even more from the "happy endings!" stuff than american movies (which is very hard to do) and too often, this just ruins the atmosphere/story (oh how I hate you FFVII : AC ending... how I hate you...).
