Extreme graphics Gliches on FFIX

Hello, I have FFIX NTSC witch I attempt to run on ePSXe 1.5.2
but in the World map I encounter extreme Graphical gliches
here is a screen shot witch would describe the problem best


the problem is encountered at the World map(and some spells in battle Like Zidane's Detect)

The problem only occur with Pete's OGL/OGL2

and apparently, FFVII is affected as well.

My specs.

Gigabyte GA-P35-DS3L
Asus Radeon 2900XT 512MB
4GB DDR2 667mhz
Intel Core 2 Duo E6550 2.23Ghz

my config(OGL2)
