Firnis, I think you need to save the .lang files as utf-8(unicode)...currently you're in the cryllic character encoding, since you're in russia.
see pics....western european is how the russian appears for me, cryllic is how the file appears to you
i _think_ using utf-8 will allow for all languages...can anyone confirm?
