why does GTA Liberty City Stories run so slowly? i have great fps's when i'm in small areas but they drop to 10-15 when i look at the city :\
on the other hand i play GTA Vice City Stories very smoothly with around 50 fps's in normal areas and 30 on the city itself with a lot of cars, people, etc..
i thought both games had the same engine so any explanation why LCS runs so slowly?
