Well, direct sound support for vista is pretty bad and theres nothing i can do about that.I'm not gona rewrite working code because dsound has more lag under vista, its not my problem
.That said i do have a vista laptop and sound just works perfect with it.

I dont want to sound 'anti-vista' or smth, its just i prefer to work on parts of the emu that need work than trying to work around problems that arent on my code.
