it is equal in this scene, maybe its because the shadows are rendered correctly now.
but on most scenes i'm getting exact the same framerate.
edit:
another example:
first screen is R3, second is R4
i used the same savegame, and captured on the same time if you see the frame: 1350.
both with Pixelshader 3.0.
The Colors in R4 are nicer, maybe because of the new implemented vertex shaders.
but the fps in R3 is still higher.
