It shouldn't be postponed, it's not in Kojima's habit to delay his games. They mentioned March 2008 in one of the trailers. I do not believe that it'll run in 1080p though, most likely it'll be rendered in 720p and upscaled to 1080p but that's fully understandable seeing as graphic-intense the game looks.
