i dont know what you are laughing at. if the snes was made with a motherboard with chips, memory an processer then surely it must be possible to create a pci card that has all of the stuff that a snes requires then create software and drivers for it to run.

or heres a better idea what about a dual boot of xp. make a different partition of the hard drive and install the snes os on that partition. when your pc boots up you will have a choice of xp and snes or whatever consol it is. the cartridges could work off a memory stick in the usb port.
