I've always wanted to do the same thing. I think I've heard about someone making one and was going to mass produce it but I don't think anything ever came of it.
If anyone else knows of one, I would love to know of one too. But for now, I think that the closest thing that you can do to play your homebrew roms on a TV is to use Nestopia and S-Video out to the TV. That's what I do and it's pretty authentic when I use the NTSC filter. :/
