Okay, I really am getting angry at how everyone on every website expects everyone else to automaticly know what to do with the Rice 6.1.0 plugin. Could someone please

1. Explain to the DOT all the programs I need for the plugin to work, and if you could, PLEASE provide links to said programs.

2. Please don't post any links to download programs that lead to "Emutalk.net". My computer is having problems bringing up that browser.

3. Explain everything I need to do with the programs to get it up and working.

If you could help me with all this, I'd have to thank you. ^.^
