Neh... no prob. I know it's a bit too extreme... but I know that the failure rate in those countries (SEA) should be way higher than here due to the extremely hot weather. You can think of 100 F as really hot here... but in some countries, 112 or even 130 is the normal temperature.
If they are, however, only basing that 30% on the US and EU countries, I'd think that the failure rate will be even higher. This is not something to bash the 360, I'm just trying to speculate how the failure rate went up to 30% (That's roughly 3 million) and how they could "figure" that out.
