Athlon XP 2400+ normal clock is 2Ghz.
I had to reduce it to 1.8Ghz, then memory clock was reduced as well.
The system didn´t give any BSOD error after that.

I also ran WinDbg to see if i could track the error,
but i didn´t got much luck, though.

Im going to try that CPU stability test.
then i will come up with the results.
