The only other emulators that don't require a BIOS is the HLE version of AdriPSX and VGS/Bleem, but they are way outdated. Here's a good thread with BIOS info. Use your intuition

Anyway, I strongly suggest using a different emulator. PCSX is good (and I use it for some games) but other emulators have been through more development and are more refined, especially ePSXe, PSXeven, and pSX.

On a side note, it's 'BIOS' not 'BIOs'. A very minor thing, I just had to point it out
