Is there anyway you can get the calibration driver form another driver and set it for that controller? I would try it on another PC and see what it does. I calibrated my Joy stick because it was turning to the side, then later I wiped my computer and it was straight still. Seems like I got on my other OS and it was straight on it also. It seems like I read about the adaptiod (it does the same thing, but it's hard to find) and a guy reviewing it said that the joy stick only went 40-50% also but he said it wasn't in the known bugs. I'll try to find it as soon as my internet stops acting up.
