Ok you have posted in the wrong section. We anyway tried to help you. And it seems you don't read what we post.

you claimed we couldn't help? Don't search anymore why some people will be "rude" with you. Moreover this kind of behaviour won't really want make to help you.
Anyhow,Your graphic card is an S3 chrome IGP.So try
as suggested hushypushy to use the
P.E.Op.S. GPU plugin.
Also try to see if you don't have any dos error in the ePSXe dos windows when this kind of errors occurs.
Don't forget too that you can try others emu like SSSPSX or PSXeven.
