But this can be disabled by pressing and holding the START+Y button on game start, hold until the capcom logo appears. There's also another options : START+X - return to normal; START+L - interlaced mode. It's interesting that in interlaced mode the game emulation look's like the JOJO's case - only upper half of the screen. So jojo maybe interlaced by default? Anyway i hope this helps any one.

I can confirm this works, I tried it as well and it is a way for SF3rd strike to go full screen, So thx for the info.

Game works great for me the sound is really bad though when I used Null Aica, But with Chankast Aica it was fully playable.
