Does that matter in this thread at all? Does it have anything to do with the task at hand? No. Why you continued to bring it up even after I deleted all posts regarding it is beyond me, but obviously you want to be heard, so here you go.
And the reason
that matters for this thread is because it's not something trivial like how to get X game to work or similar; it's not something you can just read the FAQ and find out. This thread is not as easily answered, it's something that people can learn from. If it could be answered in one post, then let it be said, we can close this one up and be out of here.
I'd much rather tidy up the thread, keep it open, and then perhaps other people will get interested and then provoked to collaborate, and the general intelligence of everyone goes up when a solution is found. Of course, I could be all fire and brimstone and banish this thread to hell because of a (irrelevant) comment.
I am a human being, you know. It's not like as soon as you download a videogame you're immediately the scum of the internet. Think about people's feelings before you make decisions...just because we are on the internet does not mean we aren't interacting with real human beings
