The problem is that the kid keeps to himself and rejcets any attempt to make contact which would mean that no one could have seen what would have happened.
From what I have seen on one wants to have their precious guns taken away from them so I propose that they require a psychologist to have a look at the guy before being allowed to purchase a gun.
