I too experience some buggy noise with some games, I.E. BIOHARZARD 3 which doesnt work anyways haha.
As far as the intro screen, thats perfectly normal, yeah even the DC itself does that.

For the most part though it's fixed most all of my other game sound problems too a near perfection.

I think it might just be your soundcard or maybe the emulator itself and the game your playing.
