I use PSXeven and PCSX a lot too, they are good in their own ways. There isn't really a "be all end all" PSX emulator--something might work in ePSXe that doesn't work in PSXeven, or vice versa. And you might hate or love the way that pSX works.

A better thing to ask would be more specific, like which game you want to play, your system specs, and what you want it to look like. Then it'll be easier to figure out what's the best for you.
