Theoreticaly.... YES but at the moment nobody(as far as i know) has enough information to start a psx emulator on the Wii... and those people(like me and yoshihiro) able to create one are just out of time because of the "Real life" problems,family etc. anyways am pretty shure we will see some nice emus on this console in the near future.
