Found out how to fix it.
It turns out some things you edit in the program don't actually edit in the config file.
It's an easy fix so please, don't fall in love with me haha..
Edit the nullDC.CFG in notepad, or whatever.
DefaultImage=defualt.cdi
[nullAica]
BufferSize=
1024 <------ EDIT THIS LINE with "
2048"
LimitFPS=1
HW_mixing=0
SoundRenderer=1
VOILA!
p.s. if you having a saving problem, uncheck the "read-only" property for the nullDC folder..
and if that doesnt work, you have to allow folders to show extensions, and rename the nullDC.cfg to nullDC.cfg.bak and your edit version of it to XXX.CFG to nullDC.cfg.
If that doesn't work, then just double it too, 4096 and your sound will only rarely be choppy..

Don't know if this issues is for my soundcard only or if it works on others but it's worth a shot.

I too have a RealTek HD onboard card, everything works fine over here.
This should solve almost all the problems, since, its the only thing I had to do after fresh install of vista..
Let me know of any problems you people might be having.
We're gonna get this working on VISTA since, I can't seem to find my XP cd anymore!!!
