No real point in getting an All in Wonder nowadays, TV tuner cards are dirt cheap nowadays and hardly anyone uses all their PCI slots. For $150USD, go for a X1900GT or the equivalent NVIDIA card. Why am I suggesting the X1900? Well, I'm not sure if your board supports PCI-E and the X1900 comes in both AGP and PCI-E goodness
