With a 7800gt 256mb, with a Dual Core 4200+ and 2ghz ram I get 35fps with those settings in Omega spells and about 50fps in the other situations... But some things aren't right, you get blury things in some situations, but it's nothing special.
With AA and bilinear off I get over 60 fps in the game and a little more in skills.
