That's what you think. I guess you didn't bother to actually read the FAQ section, otherwise you wouldn't still be saying that. If you want to continue complaining, then:
1) Try playing it on a television (connecting your computer to the TV), or
2) Try playing the PlayStation on your computer's monitor (directly via some converter, or using a TV tuner).
If it still doesn't look similar, then complain. Until then, stop making these assumptions. Enough people have tested it in either case to be able to say that pSX is doing a fair job at accurate emulation. If you care so much about enhancing the graphics, then pSX (in its current state) isn't for you, so just follow the suggestion at the end of at FAQ you quoted (which is the exact same thing as Shendo's suggestion).
