As for Rozen Maiden, Have you watched Rozen Maiden Ouverture? They are 2 ova's, and is more of a prequel to Rozen Maiden. The story is set around Shinku's and Suigin Tou's first encounter

edit: After a quick search it seems Dragon Destiny is more like Ikkitousen's sequel that will be coming out this year. In fact it seems the first chapter is out already.
